Woah!

Didn't realize I was so behind on my actual life updates.  So here we go:

• Color guard placed 5th, then 2nd, then 3rd!  I am so proud to be on this guard!  
• Didn't make it as Sterling Scholar.  The interview was very strange.  But I am grateful I made it on the school level!  I really think it helped me get my scholarship, and I'm proud of it.  It's a badge of my senior bravery.
• I got a bronze medal in Art in Academic Decathlon.  WTF?  I didn't even study it.
• Speaking of, Academic Decathlon State Competition starts on Thursday!  And I freaking studied my ass off in Art this time.  And I hope to do well enough in everything else, and to have fun!
• I got really whimsical the other night, and I believed in love, a lot.  So, here's documentation that that happened.  Stay positive, girl.
• Bruno in this video is the best thing ever.
• Crushing on David Bowie.  Oh god, Bowie. 
• My sister is an epic sexy face!  I love her so so so so so so much.
• I'm going to prom!  No guys asked me because they're intimidated by my sexy face (you know, because my sister and I are related).  So I'm going with some guard girls!  Woot!
• I hope to be going to a party with some UU people on Saturday after I get back.  I freaking love love the SVUUS troupe.  They're awesome.   
• I want to go camping.  I want Americana and folk music around the campfire.
• I really want to get back to how well I controlled my blood sugar when I was documenting it each night.  I should start a log book again.  Getting in the habit of monitoring trends will help me to keep it in the future.  Having good blood sugar readings feels so good to my insides.
• Think about COLLEGE!
