Tomorrow is our first winter guard competition! It's gonna be awesome... as long as everyone doesn't psych themselves out.

During our evaluation show, it wasn't as good as practice, but I know that it was just because everyone was dwelling on every little mistake. I know that that's exactly what not to do... since I used to do it. But, now I know is that the best advice for pre-comp is to not dwell on the past of the show; you have to keep moving forward and thinking about what comes next.

So, here's hoping that we all can do our best (and remember the show we have learned in the past week!!), and get placed! Whoo! COMPETITION!!
