Today we had the first parade for marching band in Taylorsville! It was pretty fun. Of course, Kenna and I didn't get to learn the new routine, so Corey had us in the front holding the "Copper Hills Marching Band" banner. I got the broken side. But it was still okay! It was kind of funny ("kind of" being key) because the drum majors were getting mad at us. But it was still fun! I guess not all of the people in Taylorsville like Copper Hills though, because we only had a few people cheering for us...
I loved water after it!! It was very hot, and the walk back was loooong. It was fun though!
(P.S. Don't EVER get in a car with Candido! He's CRAZY! I think he ran at least four red lights on the drive back, and one on a LEFT TURN when we were going there!! Agh! Candido is the craziest drum major! D:)
